CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: The Client (that’s you!) is solely responsible for creating their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the course and interactions with the Company, Savvy Music Studio. The Client agrees that the Company is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Company.

LIMITED LIABILITY: The Company makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. (AKA… I don’t have a crystal ball and I cannot guarantee that you’ll make crazy amounts of monies.) In no event shall the Company be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. BUT REALLY… I’m a business / marketing / mindset coach, but I am not a fortune teller, lawyer, accountant, or counselor. Full disclosure: I also cannot play the ukulele. If you require skills of said professionals or are seeking ukulele playing advice, I will help you find the proper resources!

IP OWNERSHIP: Client agrees that the Program contains proprietary content (“Intellectual Property”) that is owned solely by Company and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and any other applicable intellectual property laws. Company retains the sole right to use, reproduce, and distribute the Intellectual Property throughout the world in any and all mediums. Company grants Client a license to use the Intellectual Property solely for Client’s own noncommercial purposes. Client agrees that it has no right to create derivatives of, share, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, post, license, sell, loan or otherwise exploit the Intellectual Property, whether commercially or non-commercially, and acknowledges that doing so constitutes a violation of law. For the avoidance of doubt, Client agrees not to create any derivative products, blog posts, websites, guides, worksheets, tool kits, videos, audio recordings, or the like based on Company’s Intellectual Property or that in any way violate Company’s Intellectual Property.
